CURRICULAR AND PEDAGOGIC STRUCTURES

Akshara International Schools follows the IB PYP model, which has a curriculum that is interesting, pertinent, rigorous, and relevant for students. Through intercultural understanding, reverence, and global awareness, our curriculum strives to nurture future citizens who are inquisitive, competent, and compassionate and who will contribute to the development of a better and more peaceful world.

For children in the age group range of 3 to 12, the PYP aspires to develop a relevant, demanding, and significant curriculum. It is trans-disciplinary and concentrates on problems that go across academic disciplines. In order to prepare young students for successful lives, the curricular framework emphasises on the fundamental elements of knowledge, concepts, skills, attitudes, and action.
